  • Begin by carefully cutting the top off the mini pumpkin using a sharp knife, making a circle wide enough to scoop out the insides.
  • Once the top is removed, use a spoon to hollow out the pumpkin, scraping out the seeds and stringy pulp until the walls are about ¼ inch thick.
  • While you’re hollowing out the pumpkin, prepare the taco dip if you’re making it from scratch. Mix together your favorite taco ingredients until well combined.
  • Once the pumpkin is hollowed out, spoon the prepared taco dip generously into the cavity of the mini pumpkin.
  • To serve the pumpkin dip, place it on a festive platter surrounded by your favorite dippers.
