Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In an oven-safe skillet, heat over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  • Stir in mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes until veggies are tender.
  • Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly in the skillet.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and pour evenly over the beef and vegetables in the skillet.
  • Place the pie crust over the mixture, tucking in the edges.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  • Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
