Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Add sliced green bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  • Add thinly sliced roast beef to the skillet along with sautéed vegetables, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir well and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Lay out slices of provolone cheese and place a portion of the beef mixture on each slice.
  • Roll each slice of provolone cheese tightly around the filling.
  • Place the roll-ups seam-side down into a baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes.
  • Allow the roll-ups to cool for a few minutes before serving.
