  • Add 2 cups of chopped spinach to the skillet and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.

  • Spread the seasoned chicken in a baking dish, top with sautéed spinach and mushrooms.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan over the top. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
