  • In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of fresh broccoli florets, 1 cup of diced cooked chicken breast, ½ cup of shredded cheese, ¼ cup of diced red onion, and 1 cup of shredded carrots. Gently stir the ingredients together with a large spoon until they are evenly distributed.
