Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Cook the lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Take one lasagna noodle, place ¼ cup of the chicken mixture on one end, and roll it tightly. Place in the baking dish seam-side down.
  • Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
