Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  • Chop the bell peppers and green onions, then mix them into the egg mixture along with the cooked bacon and cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into muffin cups, filling each ¾ full and adding a bit of reserved cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and puffed; check with a toothpick for doneness.
