  • 1 lb salmon fillet skinless and boneless

For the Bowl

Preparation Steps

  • Prepare the breading stations by setting up three shallow dishes: one with flour, salt, and pepper; one with beaten eggs; and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Coat each salmon cube in the flour mixture, dip in eggs, and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet about ¼ inch deep over medium heat.
  • Fry the salmon bites in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl to make the sauce.
  • Divide warm brown rice among four bowls, top with veggies, and add the crispy salmon.
  • Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the bowls and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
