  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the tops feel set yet soft.
  • Cool the pillows on the baking sheet for about 3-5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
