  • 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

For the Ladyfinger Layer

  • 12 pieces Ladyfingers
  • 0.5 cup Brewed coffee

For the Finishing Touch

  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder

Step-by-Step Instructions for Mini Tiramisu Cups

  • In a mixing bowl, blend 1 cup of mascarpone cheese with 1 teaspoon of sugar until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  • Dip each of the 12 ladyfingers in 0.5 cup of brewed coffee for 1-2 seconds, then set aside.
  • Place half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of mini cups to create a layer.
  • Spoon a layer of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers, using half of the cream.
  • Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and top with the rest of the mascarpone cream.
  • Sift 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder over the top layer of cream.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve with extra cocoa powder for a fresh look just before serving. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 1 month.
