  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups sugar
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 4 packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cups fresh blackberries

  • Bake for 60 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
  • Cool the cheesecake at room temperature for about an hour.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
