Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it.
  • Wash and dry the cauliflower, then cut it into medium-sized florets.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, followed by smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in panko breadcrumbs and optional Parmesan cheese until all florets are coated.
  • Arrange cauliflower florets on the baking sheet in a single layer, leaving space in between.
  • Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crisp.
  • Let cool slightly before serving warm as a snack or side dish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For freezing, cool completely and freeze in a single layer before transferring to a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months.
