  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ½ inch using a meat mallet.
  • In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the all-purpose flour on a separate plate. In another shallow dish, whisk the eggs and milk together.
  • Dredge the chicken in the flour, egg mixture, then coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the breaded chicken to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
