Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  • Pound the chicken breasts to ½ inch thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, ginger, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper for dredge.
  • Whisk eggs with water for egg wash.
  • Coat chicken with flour, dip in egg wash, then coat again.
  • Heat oil in a skillet to cover the bottom.
  • Fry chicken for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Sauté minced garlic, then add juice, zest, honey, vinegar, salt, and chili flakes. Simmer.
  • Mix cornstarch slurry into the sauce, dip chicken in to coat, and serve immediately.
