  • Toss in the minced garlic, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper, cooking for an additional 5–6 minutes until the peppers are tender.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
  • Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth and bring the mixture to simmer over medium-high heat. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Add 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of cooked shredded chicken, 1 cup of corn, and 1 cup of white beans to the pot. Stir to combine.
