Instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Use a wooden spoon to break it apart as it cooks. Once cooked, drain any excess fat.
  • Add the diced onion to the pot with the cooked beef, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
  • Stir in the macaroni, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Increase the heat to medium-high and bring to a gentle boil.
  • Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cover the pot. Let it cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove the pot from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts into a creamy sauce.
  • Dish out the One-Pot Cheeseburger Macaroni while warm, garnished with optional parsley or green onions.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat with a splash of milk or broth to maintain creaminess.
