  • Begin by seasoning the four salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper for enhanced flavor. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, gently place the salmon fillets in the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • In the same skillet, reduce the heat slightly and add 3 cloves of minced garlic. Sauté the garlic for about 1 minute, stirring continuously until it becomes fragrant and golden.
