Step-by-Step Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Whisk in 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, and 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth.
  • Add 1 clove of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste. Stir until well integrated.
  • Gradually fold in ¼ cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese using a rubber spatula.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to your taste. Whisk again to combine.
  • If desired, add water 1 tablespoon at a time to reach the desired consistency.
  • Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
