  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart until fully browned.
  • Once the beef is browned, add in diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until onion is soft and translucent.
  • Sprinkle in salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning, stirring to incorporate the flavors. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
  • Pour in beef broth and tomato sauce, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add medium pasta shells to the skillet, ensuring they are submerged. Cover with a lid and bring back to a simmer.
  • Reduce heat to low and let pasta cook for about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once pasta is cooked, stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Pour in heavy cream, stirring well. Simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
