Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened goat cheese and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer on low speed or a spatula to blend them together for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Next, add the chopped dried cranberries, finely chopped pecans, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper into the creamy base. Mix thoroughly using your spatula for another 2 minutes until all ingredients are well combined.
  • With clean hands, scoop the cheese mixture and form it into a ball shape, pressing it gently to ensure it holds together well. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and place your Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Ball on a clean surface. Roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans and cranberries to coat it evenly.
  • Transfer your coated cheese ball to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve your stunning Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Ball with an assortment of crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh fruit.

Notes

Make sure to allow the cheese ball to come to room temperature before serving for the best flavor and texture.
