  • 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs e.g., thyme or parsley, chopped

  • Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth, stir to combine, and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium-high heat.
  • Reduce heat to low and add 1 cup of heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh herbs. Stir until evenly mixed.
