Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until blended. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing smooth.
  • In another bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until resembling wet sand for the cinnamon swirl.
  • Spread the blondie batter in the baking dish, drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture on top and swirl gently.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Cool before icing.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, adding powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Mix to a drizzle-able consistency.
  • Once cooled, drizzle the cream cheese icing over the blondies, cut into squares, and serve.
