Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheesy Sweet Chilli Chicken Flatbreads

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of diced chicken with ⅓ cup of sweet chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Toss everything together until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken mixture. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while the chicken is cooking. Once the chicken is ready, place 4 flatbreads on a baking sheet and evenly distribute the cooked chicken mixture across them.
