  • Let the pizza dough sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Dust your work surface with flour and divide the dough into 10 equal pieces.
  • Roll each piece of dough into an 8-inch long rope. Thicken the ends slightly to create bone shapes, and snip each end about 1 inch deep before pulling them apart.
  • Place the shaped breadsticks onto the baking sheets, ensuring enough space between them.
  • Brush melted unsalted butter over each shaped breadstick, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes until puffed and light golden. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and return to bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until melted.
