Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Combine warm milk, sugar, and active dry yeast in a small bowl. Stir and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk melted butter, salt, and eggs. Gradually pour in the frothy yeast mixture. Slowly add flour and stir until a soft dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
  • Mix minced garlic with shredded cheese in a bowl and set aside.
  • Punch down the risen dough and divide into 12 pieces. Flatten each piece, add cheese-garlic filling, and shape into balls.
  • Place shaped rolls seam-side down in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise for 30-45 minutes until puffy.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush each roll with additional melted butter.
  • Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.
