For the Crostini

  • 1 loaf Sourdough or French Baguette Slice for topping.
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Adds nutty flavor.
  • ½ cup Grated Pecorino Cheese Sharp and salty.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Finely grated.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme Leaves For earthiness.
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter For brushing.

For the Toppings

  • 4 slices Prosciutto Crisped.
  • 1 cup Burrata Cheese The star ingredient.
  • 2 pieces Ripe Peaches Sliced.
  • 2 tablespoons Hot Honey For drizzling.
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil Leaves For garnish.

Cooking Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine grated Parmesan, Pecorino, garlic, thyme, and melted butter until well mixed.
  • Spread the cheese mixture on the baking sheet, arrange the sliced bread on top, and brush with more melted butter. Lay prosciutto on the bread.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Transfer crostini to a platter, add burrata, peach slices, and more prosciutto.
  • Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with basil leaves before serving.

Notes

Best served fresh out of the oven. Experiment with different fruits for variations.
