Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease and keep the beef in the pan.
  • Add diced onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent.
  • Stir in diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Let the beef mixture cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Lay an eggroll wrapper on a surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center, fold, and seal.
