Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the pure maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and olive oil. Whisk until well blended.
  • Season each side of the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper. Place them skin-side down in the baking dish.
  • Pour the maple glaze evenly over the salmon fillets, reserving some for basting if desired.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Baste halfway through if using reserved glaze.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve warm with lemon wedges and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
